Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beezoid platform ("Service"), operated by Beezoid S.L. ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Spain. By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Service Description

Beezoid is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides invoice management, document processing, and business accounting tools. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or improved at any time.

Eligibility and Account

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and are subject to applicable taxes (including VAT)
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details
• Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a charge for refund requests

User Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure that all data you upload or enter is accurate and does not infringe on third-party rights
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by Beezoid S.L. or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Data Protection and GDPR

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beezoid S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beezoid S.L., its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated:

• You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account through the Service settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. For consumers residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
